02 / Recruiters
A recruiter at Husk'd Labl isn't paid a one-off finder's fee. You build your own network of models and earn a share of their earnings for as long as they work. The platform does the counting: who came through your link, what they earned, and what's yours.
Your rate is personal, locked to you and visible in your dashboard. Changing it doesn't retroactively recalculate the past.
While the model works, you get your share. A stream, not a one-off bounty.
Separate bonuses for recruiting and retention targets.
Commission accrues automatically; withdrawals follow the same rules as everyone else's — with full history, no manual 'recalculations'.
A recruiter's real pain is not knowing what they're owed. We closed that.
Earnings, activity, shifts, trends. You can see who in your network is growing and who has gone quiet.
A model signs up through your link and is locked to you automatically — no arguments about whose lead it was.
Network summaries arrive on their own, including in a Telegram bot.
The recruiter dashboard is fully translated, so you can work with models in other countries.
Material on sourcing, first contact, handling objections and retention.
Review of your actual conversations and funnel, not abstract advice.
Live case reviews alongside other recruiters.
Strong recruiters grow into team leads and earn a share from their own team.
No. There's a closed academy and a personal mentor. Sales, HR or SMM background speeds things up but isn't required.
As a percentage of the earnings of models recruited through your link, accrued automatically. It's all visible per model in your dashboard.
The new rate applies from the date of the change. Already-accrued commission isn't recalculated retroactively.
Yes. There are no mandatory shifts — income depends on the size and activity of your network.
It happens. The system supports co-recruiters: the commission pool is split between the two by predefined shares rather than going to whoever shouts loudest.
