03 / Agencies
If you already have a team, you don't need another middleman — you need infrastructure. Husk'd Labl gives partner agencies the same platform it runs on itself: earnings accounting, shifts, payouts, roles and analytics. Under our brand, or under yours.
Agencies don't hit a ceiling on model count — they hit one on manual accounting. Every new model adds hours of reconciliation.
Registration, recruiter and team attribution, rate setup — without hand-entering rows in a sheet.
Income is collected per platform and shift automatically, not retyped from screenshots.
Shifts, schedules and operators in one place, with swaps and reminders.
Model, operator, recruiter, team lead, owner, investor — each with their own dashboard and their own slice of the numbers.
Your domain, your name, your visuals. Models see your agency, not ours.
Connections to your internal services, exports and data exchange.
Shift, payout and request notifications straight into your working chats.
We run the platform: updates, backups, security.
We find where you lose money and time — usually accounting, retention and scheduling.
A growth plan across model count, platforms and teams.
Unit economics: cost of acquisition, model lifetime, break-even point.
Help with new geos and platforms, including English-speaking ones.
If yours covers per-platform earnings, shifts, roles and payouts without manual reconciliation, you probably don't need us. Agencies usually come to us when manual accounting stops scaling past 20–30 models.
Yes. A partnership doesn't mean handing over your team. In the white-label setup your models only ever see your brand.
Partnership terms are individual and depend on team size and format (partnership or white-label). Get in touch and we'll run the numbers on yours.
It depends on customisation. Basic onboarding is a matter of days; white-label with your own domain and integrations takes longer.
There is one balance, calculated as the pool minus payouts already made - so the dashboard always shows what the agency is owed right now, not at month end. It is broken down per model and per period, with nothing to reconcile by hand.
Yes, rates inside your agency are yours to set. Two limits apply: no lower than 8%, and no higher than a ceiling tied to your agency's own rate - so an agency on a higher rate can hand its recruiters more than one on a lower rate.
Your agency gets its own sign-up link with the percentage set in advance: anyone joining through it lands in your agency on the agreed rate. There is nothing to create manually and migrate later, and a link without a percentage does not exist - terms are always fixed before sign-up.
Nothing. A new rate applies from the date of the change; past accruals are not recalculated up or down. This is not a setting but how the platform works: income history is folded using the rates that were in force at the time, so there is never an argument about last month's numbers.
Model, operator, recruiter, team lead, coach, owner, investor. Each role has its own dashboard and its own slice of the numbers: an operator does not see other people's shifts, a recruiter sees only their network, an investor sees turnover only. No manual permission juggling required.
Any - there are no geographic restrictions for the agency, its models or its recruiters. The interface is available in Russian and English.
Get in touch — we'll look at your structure and work out what moving to the platform is worth in your actual numbers.
